This step is the preliminary step for the installation of Process Shepherd.

Company Details
The following details will be used to create your account portal.
Organization Name
Portal Address	https:// .processshepherd.com Domain name already exists. Please choose another name.

Authentication
Choose one of the following to authenticate the user automatically when they open the app.
Authentication method	*Your selected oAuth provider will need to be configured later. At the login page please select to use our internal authentication until you have provided this configuration
Region

Please click the button to start the installation.

These are the steps that will be performed in this page.

1. Create Role

The role that provides access to the app is automatically created.

2. Set Groups

Specify which groups will have access to the app. If no group is selected, a new group is created. *Hold down the Ctrl (windows) or Command (Mac) button to select multiple options.

3. Create Interaction Widget

Interaction Widget will be created with the URI endpoint of your Process Shepherd application.

4. Create OAuth Client

The OAuth Client allowing Process Shepherd access to Genesys Cloud APIs is automatically created.
